Debbie Spurgeon is the PIC present at time of inspection. -Masks worn. Employees need to stay at least 6 feet apart for social distancing. Post the maximum number of people allowed in the store to maintain proper social distancing. All self service fountain beverage that is not hands free may not be used by the public. The lemonade machines are hands free and may be used. Clean and sanitize high touch surfaces often. -Quat sanitizer bucket set up correctly with quat at 200ppm. test strips available. -Observed thermometer, gloves, if visors are worn as hair restraints a hairnet must be worn to cover hair. |
