[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.6(B) / Sanitizing frequency of utensils and food-contact surfaces - before use and after cleaning
Critical Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment not sanitized at the required frequency. Observed a coffee area set up, within the facility, and old coffee in the coffee pot. The facility does not have a functional three bay sink or approved sanitizer in the facility and will need to cease operations of coffee.

3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Observed Clorox and other toxic material sitting on the counter around, the coffee pot and coffee station in the facility. Correction: Toxic materials should be stored below food items.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed that the gaskets on the back wall cooler are not intact and torn, replace gaskets.

3717-1-04.1(A) / Equipment and utensils - durability and strength.
Non-durable equipment observed. Observed that the facility has a Dasani water cooler holding milk, eggs, and cheese in the facility.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed that the freezer unit in the facility had build up and debris on the outside and glass doors of the unit.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed that part of the wall in the back stock room has fallen down, and will need to be repaired. Observed that the ceiling tiles throughout the facility are stained, have holes, or are not in good repair.

3717-1-06.4(E) / Cleaning maintenance tools - preventing contamination.
Improper sinks being used for maintenance purposes. Observed that the facility is not clean. Observed that the back stock room has drink items on the floor mixed in with trash, and debris. Observed that the flooring throughout the facility is not clean and that there is spillage from drinks. Observed mice dropping underneath the chip rack in the facility.

Comments


1. The three bay sink in the back was filled with water and clogged.
2. The debris in the facility needs to cleaned.
3. The walk in cooler had heavy condensation around the outside, if the cooler needs repaired repair the cooler.
4. There were droppings under the chip rack from a pest clean area. Pest control reports should be on file in the facility.
5. The employee working in the facility had no knowledge of any of the operation and could not answer any questions.

Action Plan: The facility will have two weeks to clean the store and submit pest control reports. Another inspection will be conducted within two weeks and if the facility has not changed anything the facility will be summonsed. The facility can work on new gaskets and an appropriate cooler for teh storage of milk, eggs, and cheese etc overtime.
