[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.3(C) / Sewage and other liquid waste: Backflow prevention.
Critical Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. The food prep sink leg has broken and has been removed to be welded/repaired. Produce can only be washed in the 3 compartment sinkl, which is directly connected to the sewage system, until the prep sink is returned. PIC stated that the sink will be reinstalled soon.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed ice build up on the interior of the walk in freezer coming from the condensor unit. Repair any leaks/plugged drains and clean ice build up.
