Facility not maintained clean. Observed build up inside the cabinets at the self-service food bar.

Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed the grease trap lid is rusty and no longer in good repair. Replace the lid.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed the cabinet below the fountain beverage station is severely water damaged and no longer in good repair. Repair/replace the cabinet so that it is once again smooth, non-abosrobent, easily cleanable and in good repair.
