Refer to CCP for temperatures. Observed test strips, gloves, and thermometer. *Be sure when ware washing to wash hands between dirty and clean dishes. Hand sinks fully stocked. Facility is clean and well maintained. Quat sanitizer tested at 200 ppm in buckets. |
