Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. observed pink on the ice machine slide and black build up on the interior ceiling of the ice machine. Increase the cleaning frequency of the ice machine.

3717-1-03.4(G) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - date marking.
Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed no date marking on multiple pans of cheese in the walk in cooler. Ensure all prepped TCS food items in the walk in cooler are properly date marked.

3717-1-05.1(D) / Backflow prevention - air gap.
Critical Repeat Insufficient air gap between the flood rim and the water supply inlet. Observed air gaps needed at the service station soda station drain and ice bin, as well as the bar ice bins. Install air gaps at these locations, per Ohio Food and Plumbing Codes.

3717-1-04.1(H) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleanability
Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed the racks in the bar merchandising cooler starting to rust, making them no longer smooth and easily cleanable. Remove the rust and reseal the racks, or replace them.

Non-durable equipment observed. Observed bent racks in the walk in cooler.
