Food not protected from contamination. Observed the Home City Ice freezer out front (Big Bag) with a large condensate leak on the inside. Contact Home City Ice and have the freezer repaired so that condensate no longer leaks on the inside. Discard all of the ice that was contaminated from the leaking condensate.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed a melted frozen mess on the inside of the ice cream freeze next to the King Cone display. Thoroughly clean the inside of the freezer.

3717-1-05.4(H) / Toilet room receptacle - covered.
No covered receptacle in women's restroom. Provide a covered trash can in the women's restroom.

3717-1-05.4(F)(1) / Outside receptacles - tight fitting lids
Outdoor refuse containers without tight fitting lids, doors, or covers. Cardboard dumpster does not have lids. Replace the dumpster with one that has lids.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Clean the sticky spots on the floor in the candy isle. Manager states that a thorough deep cleaning of the floor is done monthly and that all sticky items are scraped off.
