Observed white build up on the water dispenser - appears to be scale. Properly wash and sanitize dispener parts routinely. Observed accumulation of dust/particles on the walk-in cooler fan gaurds.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
The physical facilities must be maintained in good repair. Observed pitted area under the dish-machine, build-up on surfaces under unit. Make necessary repairs and clean and maintain this area. This area is a place of heat and moisture which could attract pests.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
