Consultation with the person in charge at the facility in regards to the WATER BOIL Advisory that was issued by the City of Toledo Department of Public Utilities (Division of Water Distribution) effective as of Wednesday, 03/6/2019 until Sunday, 03/10/2019 at 5:00 pm unless notified otherwise.

-At time of inspection, observed the facility boiling water from the tab(City water) and using it for food preparation and sanitizing of food utensils and equipment. -The facility is not using any equipment connected to the city water due to the above Advisory.
-All hand washing sinks are stocked with soap and paper towel (hot water available in containers for hand washing).
-Observed chlorine sanitizer solution in a bucket at 100ppm at this time, test strips available.
-Observed hand sanitizer all bathrooms at this time.
-Ensure to boil water between 3 to 5 minutes before using it at the three compartment sink.
-Ensure to put hand sanitizer in the bathroom and follow the instructions as discussed.
