Re-use of single-service or single-use articles. Observed a broken styrofoam cup stored in the bulk salt container. Single use items may not be used more than once. Provide a reusable scoop with a handle for bulk food bins.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed food debris and build up underneath and behind the cook line. Manager stated that this area was on schedule to be cleaned.

3717-1-06.3 (C)(1) / Employee accommodations - designated areas
Employees breakroom improperly located. Observed an employee beverage and cell phone stored on the ice machine at time of inspection. Store all employee belongings in a designated area that is separate from or below all food and food contact items.

VI - P - TCS Food: Observed hot foods being held at 135°F or above; cold foods being held at 41°F or below.
VI - P - TCS Food: Observed ready to eat TCS foods being properly date marked, and discarded when required.
VII - P - Protection from Contamination: Observed raw animal foods separated by type during storage, preparation, holding, and display.
