Temperatures: nacho cheese 137F, hot dogs 36F, cheese 36F. Hand sink fully stocked. Quat sanitizer tested at 200 ppm in 3-bay sink. Test strips, gloves, and thermometer available. PIC has taken Level 2 course at Health Dept. and has obtained ServSafe certificate. Level 2 certificate is needed at facility. |
