Critical Repeat Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed build up on the slicer cutting surfaces and some cutting boards. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces after each use or at least every 4 hours during continual use.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed some build up on cooler door gaskets/surfaces, in steam table wells, on the hood over the oven, and on the surface behind the pop nozzles.
