Mr. Ibrahim Haddad is the owner, he was on site delivering and controlling food.
Level one food safety completed
Level two food safety required now - Vice principal and person who oversees food program has Level Two food safety certificate.

Probe thermometer available for monitoring and recording temperatures.

At this time due to covid19, the plan is to serve all packaged food that is taken to the classrooms to eat.
