Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand sink being used to rinse dishes and store dishes. Be sure to lable one side hand sink and the other bay dish rinsing only.
To prevent contamination, a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
