Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed food debris on the bottom interior of the 3 door freezer in the storage room. Clean debris from the interior of the freezer.

3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Mops dried improperly in the mop bucket next to the food prep sink. Hang mops to allow them to properly air dry in a designated area that is separate from food preparation areas.
