Jamie Miller is the PIC present for inspection -A new upright reach in cooler has been delivered to the facility. The cooler is holding at an ambient air temperature of 30F. -The dish machine is sanitizing properly with the final rinse reaching at least 180F, 160F at the dish -A maximum registering thermometer is now available for verifying final rinse temperature -Received completed application and C4S food service operation license fee for $576.48. Operator paid over the phone by credit card. -License is issued at this time and facility is ok to operate -An inspection will be conducted within 30 days. |
