Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build up on door slides of the deli cases, on the shelves where sleeves of cups are stored, and on some door gaskets.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Repeat Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. The cold water handle of the handwashing sink at the front counter is broken.
