Critical Corrected During Inspection Person in charge did not ensure employees were effectively cleaning their hands as required. Observed one food handler (cook/prep) with ring jewelry that has ornateness and can cross contaminate when working with foods and customers. Want effective handwashing and glove use.

Critical Repeat Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed improvements with ice maker, but still shows areas that need attention. Do not let the ice maker's scoop make contacte with dirty surfaces. Showed evidence with PIC.

Corrected During Inspection Ambient air and water thermometers are not accurate. Observed need to calibrate/verify frequently such as weekly. Owner/operator corrected.

Corrected During Inspection Water not received through approved distribution system. Observed at least one of the hot water valves feeding a dedicated handsink was turned off. Owner corrected by turning back on.
