3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(a) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - hot holding.
Critical TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature. Observed queso dip hot holding in a table top warmer at 108F at time of inspection. TCS foods must be held hot at 135F or higher at all times. Queso was discarded at inspection.

3717-1-04.4(A)(1) / Equipment - good repair and proper adjustment.
Observed a large chip container with a large hole/crack in the side. This is no longer smooth and easily cleanable.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed the drain lever on one compartment of the three compartment sink is broken and is tied into place with a bag. Permanantly repair the drain lever on the three comparment sink.

3717-1-06.3 (C)(1) / Employee accommodations - designated areas
Observed employee food stored at the cook line area with food and supplies for the restaurant. Observed employee coats hung above the bulk chip container in the storage hallway. All employee belongings must be stored in a designated area that is separate from or below all food and clean food contact items.
