At this time, only one person has a valid Level Two Manager Food Safety Certificate - Christopher Mowers, which covers all stores. Repeat Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired.Observed several places on the three compartment plumbing where there are continious drips of water. Observed sprayer hose at the same level of the top of sink basin - hose must be secured so that it does not fall below basin level.
