Repeat Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection assigned spefically to this store. At this time, only one person has a valid Level Two Manager Food Safety Certificate - Christopher Mowers, which covers all stores. One person per licensed facility must have a Level Two Food Safety Certificate.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build-up inside the microwave.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Repeat Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired.Observed several places on the three compartment plumbing where there are continious drips of water. Observed sprayer hose at the same level of the top of sink basin - hose must be secured so that it does not fall below basin level.
