Corrected During Inspection No written procedures for vomiting or diarrheal events. ODH guidelines for proper clean-up provided via email. Print and post in facility for reference.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed build up inside the ice machine on the ice slide. Also observed a pie plate catching leaking pop syrup near the pop syrup complex. Eliminate the leak.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Observed unused equipment in facility that shall be removed such as dishwasher, fryer, pizza ovens, etc.
