Spoke with Erin Lord. Hand sinks fully stocked. All refrigeration is holding proper temperature. High temperature dish machine is sanitizing properly. Thermal stickers available. Quat sanitizer and test papers present. Gloves, thermometer present. Management has ServSafe Manager certificates. Provide the ODH Manager Certification in Food Safety for the PICs managing the facility. Email the certificate of occupancy from Lucas County Building Inspection to this department. Facility is ok to operate once license application and payment for a risk level 4 commercial food license is submitted to this department. |
