| NOTES: Observed improvement on past pending items. There was a concern for the walk-in cooler temperature. Observed proper temperatures of 41F or below in this unit. Internal thermometer was reading 50F. It is recommended to place a hanging thermometer inside walk-in cooler to monitor temperatures closely. |
