Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed handwashing sink being used to store scrubbers, and wiping cloths. Corrective Action: Handwashing sink shall not be used for any other purpose except handwashing.

Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. Observed inside ice machine slide with pink build-up. Corrective Action: Equipment food-contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch.

Poisonous or toxic chemicals did not have manufacturers label. Observed toxic chemicals bottles with no identification.

Dressing rooms or lockers not being properly used. Observed employees used cigarette and cigarettes sitting on the shelf with food.
