[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.4(N)(1) / Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization (chlorine) - temp., pH, concentration, and hardness
Critical Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration. Observed the only bleach available in the facility was lavender scent. Corrective Action: Provide plain bleach for the sanitizing step in the 3 compartment sink and for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Facility must have plain bleach on-site at all times.

Met with Patricia Pinnex during the pre-licensing inspection.

Reviewed that the facility does not have a food prep sink and therefore cannot provide any fruits or vegetables that require washing. All fruits and vegetables must come in pre-washed. This includes but is not limited to: celery, lettuce, apples, etc.

Application for the FSO license was left with Patricia, facility needs to go to the health department and pay for their license. Once the payment processes, the license will be issued to the owner.
