[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.1(C) / Food-contact surfaces - cleanability
Critical Food contact surfaces were not easily cleanable, or not designed/constructed properly. Dish rack holding clean containers/utensils observed rusted and cannot be effectively cleaned.
To prevent the growth of pathogens, Multiuse food-contact surfaces shall be: (1) Smooth; (2) Free of breaks, open seams, cracks, chips, inclusions, pits, and similar imperfections; (3) Free of sharp internal angles, corners, and crevices; (4) Finished to have smooth welds and joints; and (5) Except for cooking oil storage tanks, distribution lines for cooking oils, or beverage syrup lines or tubes; accessible for cleaning and inspection by one of the following methods: (a) Without being disassembled; (b) By disassembling without the use of tools; or (c) by easy disassembling with the use of handheld tools commonly available to maintenance and cleaning personnel such as screwdrivers, pliers, open-end wrenches, and Allen wrenches.
3717-1-04.5(B) / Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency.
Critical Food equipment surfaces are not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed build up in pop dispensers and shall be cleaned nightly.
Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at a frequency specified in this rule.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed accumulation of soil residue on nonfood-contact surfaces. Observed stuck on food and debris on outside of cooler doors and on grates in front of coffee stations.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
3717-1-06.4(F) / Drying mops.
Observed mops being dried using an unapproved method. Observed wet mop directly on floor and another wet mop in wringer. Wet mops must be hung up to dry.
After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.
3717-1-07.1(P) / Personal care items - storage.
Observed personal care items that were not stored in a designated employee storage area. Observed consumer food mixed in with employee food/drinks.
Employees shall store their personal care items in facilities as specified under (K)(2) of rule 3717-1-6.2 of this code.

Hand sink fully stocked with soap and paper towels. Quaternary Ammonium sanitizer observed at 200ppm in spray bottle. Test strips available.
