Hot cabinet available for hot foods
Plain bleach is used for sanitizer, maintain at 100ppm, chlorine test kit available
Dial face probe thermometer is available for taking temperatures. Temperature log is being maintained. Temperatures are taken of food when it arrives. A plan is in place if food arrives out of temperature.
Shelf stable packaged breakfast is offered
Lunch (~100 meals) provided by Papa Eli's - 8500 Secor Rd., Lamberville, MI, 734-568-6888 All food suppliers must be approved through Ohio Department of Agriculture.
Delivered at 11:00AM, served at 11:40AM. Approx 30-40 meals are bagged and transported to other building located next door.
