Critical Food contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed cracked/crazed food storage containers and lids. Food contact surfaces shall be free of cracks, breaks, and pits so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
Corrective Action: Replace cracked/crazed containers and lids as they are no longer smooth and easily cleanable.
3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed torn gasket on freezer 152B. Replace torn gasket to ensure freezer is maintaining the proper temperature

Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed cracks/pits in the floor throughout the kitchen. Repair/replace the floor as it is no longer smooth and easily cleanable.
