Maximum registering thermometers are available, however, the disk in the upstairs kitchen was not calibrated - reading 147F, Temp-rite label did change to verify proper sanitizing temperature was reached during final rinse cycle.
Go through kitchens and make sure all items are stored properly and inverted - bowls, plasticware, etc.
Hand-sink in waitress station - review will all employees that this sink is only to be used for hand-washing.
