Tameka Stephens has her Level II certificate, she will need to hang up her original SERVSAFE with it.

Ronelle was available for the pre-license inspection

1. The facility will need to fix the cracked tiles
2. The facility will need to seal the handles to the prep sink in the back.
3. The hand washing sink next to the three bay sink in the back was not working at the time of the pre-license. The facility will need to have paper towels available and soap at the next inspection, and have it running.
4. The freezer and the cooler were not already at temperature for the inspection. The freezer needs to be holding at 10 (F) or below for the next inspection, and the cooler at 41(F) or below. The pre-license will be rescheduled if both pieces of equipment are not at temperature.
5. All of the lids and containers for the warming table need to be in place and were not at the inspection.
6. The freezer in the back room will need to be replaced.
7. Make sure that the thermometers are already in the two pieces of equipment.
8. A sanitizer bucket will need to be made for the next inspection.
