[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a container stored in the hand sink basin by the dishwasher. The employee was filling the container from the sink. The handwashing sink is strictly for hand washing and may not be used for any other purpose.

3717-1-03.4(F)(1)(b) / Time/temperature controlled for safety food - cold holding.
Critical TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. The waffle batter inside the undercounter cooler was 68F. All TCS food shall be held cold at 41F or less to prevent the growth of bacteria. Keep the batter refrigerated when it is not being used.
