Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed cole slaw and desserts with no date mark. Corrective Action: Ready-to-eat and TCS food held for more than twenty-four hours, shall be clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises and or sold.

Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection.
