Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed a towel used on the table under the beverage shaker. Observed the beverage shaker is strapped onto the table with a cloth strap. All materials must be non-absorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable. Replace the cloth towel and strap with a material that is non-absorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable.
