Comments
Spoke to the new kitchen manager, Dawn. The kitchen is currently being used to repackage frozen meals into grab-n-go lunches. Normal meal service is not happening and won't until students re-enter the building. The students will begin remote learning Sept. 8. The only equipment currently on and in use are the walk-ins.

Discussed with Dawn the need for her to be certified in food protection. She stated at one time she was ServSafe certified but that it has likely expired. Contact this office with any questions how to obtain the ODH certificate in food protection.
