Critical Corrected During Inspection Food not properly protected from contamination by separation, packaging, and segregation. Observed raw bacon stored above fruit punch in the reach-in coolers. Store all raw meats below ready to eat food to prevent cross contamination. Manager rearranged the cooler accordingly.

Critical Improper display of poisonous or toxic materials offered for retail sale. Observed reduced price food items stored amongst reduced priced cleaners, lotions and other beauty products. Store all chemicals to include cleaners and beauty products below and away from food to prevent chemical contamination.

Improper storage of food items. Observed bags of Lay's potato chips stored directly on the floor near the check out. Store all food at least six inches off the florr to prevent contamination.
