Critical Hot water for mechanical sanitization is below required temperature. Observed temperature gauge read out not getting above 140F. Temperature indicating strip did not change color. Maximum registering thermometer is reading 139F. A call for service will be placed. Use three bay sink to manual ware-wash or send items upstairs to use that dish machine.
