Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. Observed build up on the following at inspection: the door gasket of the prep top cooler on the cook line, the caulking behind the hand sink and prep sink in the kitchen, the interior of the microwave by the salad prep cooler, the reach in door handles of the walk in cooler, and the wire racks inside the walk in cooler.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
