School will be catered buy Extra Virgin, an approved meal provider registered with ODA
Quat sanitizer and test strips available
Hair nets, gloves, thermometer provided
Provide hooks for hanging mops, mops must be hung to properly air dry
Steam table will be moved out of the kitchen because food will be held hot in the hot hold cabinet. The prep top cooler will be moved in. No food or food contact items may be stored in the garage or the mechanical room
Quat sanitizer is correct at 200ppm in wipe cloth bucket
Milk cooler and prep top cooler are holding at proper temperatures of 41F or lower
Hand sink is stocked with soap and paper towels, hot water working properly at sinks
Three compartment sink is set up to wash, rinse, and sanitize. PIC stated there will be no dishes as Extra Virgin will be taking any serving utensils back and disposables will be used for service
There must be at least one person present at all times with a minimum of Person In Charge (Level 1) Food Safety Certification
Facility is ok to apply for C2S Food Service Operation License. Once the license application is completed and returned with payment to the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department, facility will be OK to operate
