Repeat Floors, walls, and/or ceilings were not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed acoustic ceiling tiles in kitchen.
Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.
3717-1-09(B) / Facility layout and equipement specifications - acceptable equipment
Repeat Observed the use of equipment that has not had prior approval from the licensor. Observed non commericial dishwasher at bar not in use but still in facilty.
Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO or RFE shall be approved as specified under paragraph (KK) of rule 3717-1-04.1 of the Administrative Code.
