Critical TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Milk is 54F in the glass door merchandiser in the lobby area at time of inspection. TCS foods must be held cold at 41F or lower at all times. Milk must be discarded. Adjust or repair this cooler as needed so that all items hold cold at 41F or lower at all times.
