Met with owner, Ebony Banks. Hot water available at hand sink and 3-compartment. Thermometers, gloves available Quat tabs and test strips present Both coolers and the steam table are holding at proper temperature. The following information shall be printed on the mobile: Company name, city, state and zip code, and phone number in a font that is at least 3” tall and 1” wide, placed anywhere on the concession. License application and mobile FSO payment submitted over the phone to Jen Turk. Ok to operate. Hard copy license will be mailed. |
