Repeat Nonfood-contact surfaces not easily cleanable. Observed the bottom of the stainless steel table on the cookline is rusted and is no longer smooth and easily cleanable.

Observed old date stickers on the exterior surfaces of clean containers in storage. Completely remove stickers before washing food containers.

Repeat Observed broken and damaged floor tiles at the cookline area. Replace any missing or broken flooring so that all floors are intact, smooth, and easily cleanable.
