Temperature Log in CCP of the same date. Observed stocked hand sink, gloves, thermometer, chlorine test strips, verified chlorine sanitizer bottle at 200+ppm discussed diluting to 50-100ppm. By March 2017 someone with an active role in the facility must obtain Level 2 Food Safety Certification. No violations noted at the time of inspection. |
