4/21/2015 issues resolved. Freezer is now at 3 F to 7 F. There are two probing thermometers and chlorine sanitizer test strips available. Overhead ceiling lights are now protected in case of breakage. Establishment can now go from C1S to C3S and operate the added deli addition that was assessed during Plan Review. 30 Day inspection to be done by May 22. 'Change Form' paperwork for TLCHD Clerks will be turned in by inspector (John P.Markan). New licensing period will be at the C3S rate and payable for the 2016 to 2017 Food Year.
