Facility will be reopening after smoke damage from a fire in the plaza that happened September 21, 2019.

-All product has been discarded
-All equipment was removed and thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company
-Walls and ceilings have been replaced
-New dish machine has been installed. Chlorine is dispensing properly at 100ppm at the final rinse.
-All small wares have been professionally cleaned and will be cleaned again at the facility prior to reopening
-Walk in cooler and freezer are holding at proper temperature. Salad prep top cooler is holding at 41F or lower. The cook line prep top is not on at this time due to ongoing electrical issues that will be resolved this week. Verify that this cooler holds at proper temperature of 41F or lower before using.
-New AC and make up air units installed
-Clean out bulk food bins that still have some build up
-Facility will have inspection from the fire department.
-All inspections are passed with Lucas County Building Inspection
-Facility is ok to operate once final fire inspection is passed and final cleaning is done in the kitchen.
