| Anne Sancrant is PIC present for inspection Masks not being worn at inspeciton. PIC put one on when asked to. All employees must wear a mask unless they fall under one of the exemptions. Roller grill is on and out for customer self service. This is not permitted at this time. PIC will turn off roller grill and remove food. Roller grill may only be used if a staff member serves the food- no public access to foods that arent packaged. |
