Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink not accessible - sink being blocked with a container being stored inside basin. Do not store anything inside the hand-sink to ensure access for proper hand-washing. Container was removed during inspection.

Employees beverages improperly located. Observed personal drinks stored on shelves above food and supplies. Store all personal items away from or below food supply areas.

NOTE: Reviewed procedure for buns and biscuits. A shelf stable product, Gold-n-Sweet Margarine, is used on the buns and biscuits. The biscuits are then refrigerated. The buns are placed in a container and stored at room temperature for the day. There are no public health hazards with this process.
