Critical Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration.
Observed no sanitizing bay set up for washing dishes. There was a single wash bay set up, the middle bay, but no bay for rinsing or sanitizing.
A handout will be provided to the facility to ensure dishes are being properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized after use.

Repeat Non-durable equipment observed.
Observed holes in the drainboard on the dirty side of the three compartment sink. Water leaked through the holes and was being captured in a bucket underneath.
Seal the holes so the bucket is not needed.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair.
Observed a chirping in the facility, indicating a sensor/detector had a low battery.
Replace the battery so the sensor/detector works properly, protecting the children in the facility.
