[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-04.4(N)(1) / Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization (chlorine) - temp., pH, concentration, and hardness
Critical Chlorine sanitizing solution at incorrect temperature and/or concentration. Observed no sanitizing bay set up for washing dishes. There was a single wash bay set up, the middle bay, but no bay for rinsing or sanitizing. A handout will be provided to the facility to ensure dishes are being properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized after use.

3717-1-04.1(A) / Equipment and utensils - durability and strength.
Repeat Non-durable equipment observed. Observed holes in the drainboard on the dirty side of the three compartment sink. Water leaked through the holes and was being captured in a bucket underneath. Seal the holes so the bucket is not needed.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed a chirping in the facility, indicating a sensor/detector had a low battery. Replace the battery so the sensor/detector works properly, protecting the children in the facility.
