3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed white powder on the racks near the fryers. Observed the storage racks being gritty, in need of cleaning. Observed the racks in the walk in cooler in need of being wiped down. Add the racks to the cleaning rotation so they can be cleaned properly and maintained clean moving forward. Observed ice building up at the bottom of the walk in freezer door. Remove the ice and maintain the door free of ice build up.

Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed ice forming at the bottom of the walk in freezer door, indicating an issue with the door and/or seal. Repair the door/seal so ice does not form at the bottom.
