Critical Handwashing sink not accessible. Was blocked during the inspection by stock items.

3717-1-06.4(K) / Controlling pests.
Critical Presence of live insects, rodents, and other pests. Gnats present in the facility. Have a licensed pest control operator out to safely remove the gnats.

3717-1-06.2(C) / Handwashing sinks - hand drying provision.
No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink(s).

3717-1-05.1(G) / Handwashing sinks-Number.
Inadequate number of handwashing sinks. No handsink in the back room/three compartment sink room.

3717-1-06.2(B) / Handwashing cleanser - availability.
No soap at handwashing sink(s).

3717-1-06.1(N) / Exterior walls and roofs - protective barrier.
Perimeter walls and/or roof do not provide adequate protection from weather, insects, rodents, animals, etc. Roof shingles are degraded, roof needs to be replaced.

3717-1-04.1(A) / Equipment and utensils - durability and strength.
Non-durable equipment observed. Door handles on the walkin cooler are broken. Replace the broken door handles on door #6 and #11.

3717-1-04.1(GG) / Equipment compartments - drainage.
Equipment compartment not designed to facilitate complete draining. Water on the floor of the walk-in cooler. Condensate must be properly drained per plumbing code and not allowed to accumulate on the floor. Remove all cardboard from the floor as well to allow for proper cleaning.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Clean the fan guards in the walkin cooler.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surface(s) not cleaned at the required frequency. Thoroughly clean all of the equipment throughout the facility. Equipment must be cleaned on the inside and the outside. Clean all shelving in the coolers and throughout the facility.

3717-1-06.4(H) / Cleaning and maintenance of plumbing fixtures.
Plumbing fixtures unclean. Thoroughly clean the restroom and all of the fixtures.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Remove all of the trash and weeds from the exterior of the facility.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Repeat Facility not maintained clean. Clean the floors, walls, equipment, and counters throughout the facility. A grease buildup was noted on the floors in the three comparment sink room and in the furnance room.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Remove all of the items that are on the floor around the furnance.

Comments
At the time of this inspection the facility was performing a deep cleaning of the entire facility.

Employees at the location during time of inspection were: Antoinette White and Crystal Holman.

Consulted: Talked to Antoinette about removing the plastic bag tied to the spray handle on the 3-compartment sink sprayer. She agreed to replace it with something that could be cleaned.

Facility has not paid for their license this year, you are currently operating without a license.
